CEO Profile

Hayashi grew up in both Japan and Taiwan. After graduating from graduate school in Japan, he worked for Nikko Securities (research division). And then he joined the Japan Research Institute, Limited as one of start-up members and worked for there more than 10 years. In 2003, he resolves to establish the company.

He has made some significant proposal, such as creation of a special financial zone in Okinawa in 1997 and introduction of information technology to resort areas in 2001.

He was also appointed to be a member of advisory committees for government of Japan which is set up by the Cabinet Office, the Ministry of Public Management, Home Affairs, Posts and Telecommunications, and the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.
He was a professor of graduate school from 2006 to 2012.
